  • We accept cash, checks or money orders. Credit cards can be utilized by contacting our billing department (781) 585-9522.

    Co-payments are due at time of service.

    You must have a valid referral from your primary doctor in place on the day of your appointment. This is especially important for patients with the following insurers:
    - MassHealth
    - Brighten Marine (USFHP)
    - Blue Care 65

  • Medical record requests require a "medical record release form" to be signed. We endeavor to provide the requested records promptly. There is a charge for copying to cover necessary expenses. Please contact the office for further information.

  • We accept all common insurances, including:
    - Blue Cross Blue Shield
    - Harvard Pilgrim Health Care
    - Tufts Health Care
    - Cigna
    - Masshealth
    - Medicare
    - United
    - and many others
