NOTE: only use e-mail for non-urgent matters as it may take 3 days or longer for a response. Use the telephone or go to the emergency/labor room for emergencies. Also never rely on e-mail if the communication is urgent or sensitive!
Please follow these rules to improve communication:
- Use alternative forms of communication for:
- emergencies and other time-sensitive issues
- sensitive information (do not assume e-mail is confidential)
- situations in which my response may be delayed (for example holidays)
- Put your name in the subject line
- Your email may be saved in your medical record
- Your message may be shared with the office staff or with consultants (when necessary)
Payment and referral process
We accept cash, checks or money orders. Credit cards can be utilized by contacting our billing department (781) 585-9522.
Co-payments are due at time of service.
You must have a valid referral from your primary doctor in place on the day of your appointment. This is especially important for patients with the following insurers:
Brighten Marine (USFHP)
Blue Care 65
How to access medical records
Medical record requests require a "medical record release form" to be signed. We endeavor to provide the requested records promptly. There is a charge for copying to cover necessary expenses. Please contact the office for further information.
We accept all common insurances, including:
Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Tufts Health Care, Cigna, Masshealth, Medicare, United, and many others. To ask about a specific insurance, please contact the office directly.
